First of all, thank you for visiting this site, where I revisit the things I have learned over the past few years. This is the place where I piece things together, like a digital learning notebook

I work as a Service Designer and Business Designer at Tie Design and as Co-Founder/ CPO at Learnsy. I help customers to integrate sustainability and corporate responsibility into business, service design and learning processes; create strategies that drive customer satisfaction and retention; manage and design adult training programs that inspire continuous professional growth.

As curious person I have done fair bits of learning in my life. I think that learning is essential to everyone. It's needed for people to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviors for today's business and for sustainable future. As I believe, it is never too late to learn.
